About Sara

DSC07542

My name is Sara Bassindale, and some of my passions include connecting with Mother Nature, gardening, traveling, holistic healing, anything water related and conscious breathing. Growing up, I played various instruments, but the flute captured my heart and became the focus of my musical training. In 2004 I received a BA in Communication and Dance. My studies included anatomy, yoga, body ritual, cultural dance and movement; and from there my spiritual journey began. Over the years I traveled, lived and studied throughout the world; exploring many different styles of yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, and nutrition. In 2013, I became certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a certified 200-hour yoga instructor through the School Yoga Institute in Mystical Yoga. In 2017 I completed my second level training in Therapeutic Breathwork through The School of Spiritual Psychology, Transformations USA. This Breathwork allows for deep connection and release on a mental, spiritual and physical level that I personally have experienced as transformational.

My offerings are a weaving of my experiences, education and creations in this life. I aim to empower others to connect to their own unique natural rhythms and the rhythms of nature. I believe we are here to learn, explore and grow from each other to make ourselves and this planet a better place. Let us nourish and harmonize on a physical, spiritual and energetic level, be in the present moment and choose to find balance in everything we do. Grateful for the opportunity to share these passions with you!
