BREATH is the Universal language. The most elemental thing we do, is directly related to our life force energy, our connection to source, and the most SACRED powerful tool we have.

Every part of our body is vitalized by our breath, which strengthens and rejuvenates our tissues, muscles, organs, and cells. The way we breathe influences our quality of life, brain function, extracellular body fluid pH, and signals our nervous system about our condition. Conscious Breathing aids in circulating life force energy within us, helping to release, restructure and restore balance within us. 

Therapeutic Breathwork sessions offer diverse breathing techniques to alleviate stress and anxiety, improve focus, manage emotions, and assist in releasing pent-up energy.


Nature Immersion

Our modern lifestyles often lead to high levels of physical and emotional stress, making us feel overwhelmed and disconnected. This unique experience focuses on immersing yourself in nature in a mindful way, slowing down, engaging your senses, and reconnecting with yourself and your environment . Both the forest and the ocean offer numerous healing benefits for us to explore and recenter ourselves. Choose between immersing yourself in the tranquility of trees or the vastness of the ocean. Then be guided with meditations, breathing exercises, reflections, gentle movements, storytelling, and the soothing sounds of a flute. Reset your nervous system and embrace the healing gifts that nature generously provides.


Sound Healing

Sound Healing is an effective and proven modality that vibrationally massages your entire body on a cellular level. Moving energy through your body with conscious breath, guided meditation, tuning forks, and the healing sounds of flutes, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, harmonica, drums, rattles, free notes and elemental chimes. Option for private individual or group sessions in a studio, out in nature or in the privacy of your own space.


Mindful Movement

Sara offers individual or group Yoga/Gentle Movement sessions along the Mendocino coast, infusing her classes with elements from Tibetan, Qigong, and Energy Medicine practices. The emphasis is on the Breath, aligning with nature’s rhythms, and harmonizing your energy field. Sara also integrates sound frequencies into the sessions to enhance overall well-being. Suitable for individuals of all ages and experience levels.
