About Sara

DSC07542
My name is Sara Bassindale and some of my passions are connecting with Mother Nature, traveling, Holistic healing, sustainability, creativity and working with conscious breath.  In 2004 I received a BA in Communication and Dance.  My studies included anatomy, yoga, body ritual, cultural dance and movement; and from there my spiritual journey began.  Over the years I traveled, lived and studied throughout the world; exploring many different styles of yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, healthy foods, shamanic journeying and self-empowerment.  In 2013, I became certified as a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I trained in over 100 dietary theories on health and wellness with a focus on a personal, individualized approach.  I am a certified 200-hour yoga instructor through the School Yoga Institute in Mystical Yoga, which encompasses the essence of yoga and spirituality as a practice of union.  I also have some additional training in Stand Up Paddleboarding Yoga, its really fun!  In 2017 I completed my second level training in Therapeutic Breathwork through The School of Spiritual Psychology, Transformations USA.  This Breathwork allows for deep connection and release on a mental, spiritual and physical level that I personally have experienced as transformational.

I am here to help you connect to your natural rhythms and the rhythms of nature to live the fulfilled life you deserve!  My style and approach is very individualized; incorporating sound, movement, creativity, healing foods, mediation, connection with breath and nature.  I believe we are here to learn, explore and grow from each other to make ourselves and this planet a better place.  Being in the present moment and choosing to find balance in everything we do is the most beneficial to a happy and healthy lifestyle!
